The 10 t (20 t) spur gear casting ladle is a large ladle, consisting of a portable shaft and two brakes. In the early stage of pouring, the one brake is self-locking; in the later stage, the other brake is self-locking. They are automatically converted and the gap is adjustable. 
Due to the high efficiency of the spur gear drive, it can be operated manually without the need for an electric motor. In a molten iron splash environment, it can work without cables.
