I made three portable 2t & 5t spur gear foundry ladles and more than 10 safe ladles. Now this product has been used for more than 10 years and no problem has been discovered. Our plant was moved from a valley to the Taian and fell in bankrupt. My son died due to work injury in 2004, I had no energy and time to study this product and stopped it. 1t small spur gear ladle, empty bag and load bag are the same. From its own natural vertical, turn counterclockwise to the mouth of the ladle, rotating light and self-locking; turn clockwise to the back of the ladle, it can be rotated but not self-locking. More than a dozen ladles were sold ten years ago. In 2014, Kunshan's 1t ladle has been used for ten years, and the workers in the photo are operating on the electric furnace.
The portable 2t ladle sold 3 units, and it has been used for ten years. Only one ladle gave me a call, he said that the power of operation is relatively large, the other two customers did not say that there was a problem. Now the 2t spur gear ladle in the workshop, its empty ladle is turned back and forth, very light and self-locking. I was filled with steel slag and did a rollover test too; in the early stage of the rollover, the one brake was self-locking, and at the later stage, the other brake was self-locking. The brakes are automatically converted very smoothly. At the time my camera was broken and there was no video.
Look at the video 5t empty ladle turning counterclockwise towards the mouth of the ladle, it is a brake self-locking; turning clockwise toward the back, it is another brake self-locking. The two brakes are automatically switched, look at the demo video of the 5t ladle, no pause at all. The 5t and 2t structures are basically the same, and the spur gear ladle is freely operated. The empty ladle and the load ladle, the vertical moment or the dumping moment caused by the center of gravity, are respectively self-locked by the two brakes. At that time, the steel slag of the workshop was not full of 5t ladle. so I didn't do a flip video filled with ladle. 2t spur gear ladle, it poured molten iron for more than ten years, no problem. From the demonstration video, the spur gear ladle is self-locking and unlocking unconsciously, and the two brakes are automatically converted. It is the same as the hand chain hoist, the outer garment is seamless.
